Paula Howley has been teaching public speaking to young people since 2011 and is the owner of Head Start Public Speaking For Kids. Paula has been one of Toastmasters’ top speakers in BC and is currently the Youth Leadership Coordinator for Toastmasters’ District 96. She has studied under several World Champions of Public Speaking. Paula brings the tools from the very best to the young people she works with.

Ross Birchall is the Managing Partner of Wellesley Consulting Group (WCG), a boutique consulting firm operating out of Prince George, Victoria and Vancouver. His passion is for capacity building and empowerment for individuals and organizations, working with clients to identify gaps in service and overall operations. In addition, he is CoFounder and COO of Health Collaborative British Columbia (HCBC), an organization dedicated to increasing operational efficiencies and accessibility to complementary health and social services. A proud Rotarian since age 10 when he became involved in the PolioPlus campaign (“End Polio Now”), Ross has served as Sergeant-at-Arms with the Rotary Club of Prince George in Northern BC, was recently honoured with the Rotarian of the Year distinction and appointed President Elect.

Ceilidh Millar is a published writer, TV host, public speaker, youth advocate leader and mentor. In 2013, Ceilidh was appointed as the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s (BCIT) Ambassador & Spokesperson. An avid volunteer and advocate for social cause, Ceilidh is a national spokesperson on bullying prevention and youth empowerment. Her work has been featured in publications and on the National Bullying Prevention Center and Teens Against Bullying websites. She was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her advocacy work. Ceilidh has received the ABCOM Award from the Association of Broadcast Communicators and is the recipient of two Clarion Awards for “Excellence in Communications” from the Association for Women in Communications. Ceilidh has been both a RYLA participant, Junior and Senior Leader. This is her sixth year as a Rotary guest speaker and presenter. In May 2011, she attended the Rotary Adventures in Citizenship Program in Ottawa.

Shauna Harper is digital marketing strategist, community builder, speaker and trainer. As the Co-owner and Founder of Live Work Communications, a digital marketing company, she helps organizations with the adoption of technology into their communication and marketing strategy. She is also the lead for StartupPG and an advisor for Startup Canada’s PIVOT Magazine. Recently, Shauna was awarded Business Person of the Year for the city of Prince George and appointed to the BC Premier’s Women’s Economic Council.

George Stedeford is a Certified General Accountant and has extensive experience in both finance and operations. He has been involved in both the Forest and Bioenergy Industries in BC, as well as the Environmental arena and most recently in highways maintenance. George has been a committee member of the Canadian Standards Association; President of the Prince George Air Improvement Roundtable; Mackenzie Chamber of Commerce and was the 2013/14 President of the Rotary Club of Prince George. He is an active member of the community and a proud Rotarian. During his spare time, George enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and six grandchildren.

Karen has been a Human Resources professional for the past 30 years as a Training & Development Consultant. She designs and delivers professional development workshops for staff and managers of a diverse group of corporate and non-profit clients. As well, for 20 years Karen was a part-time university instructor at SFU in Communication in Business courses. Karen is trained and certified as a personal and professional coach and has coached many managers and employees on their interpersonal / communication skills. She has been a Rotarian for 23 years and is a member of The West Vancouver Sunrise Rotary Club. Karen has coordinated and presented a Rotary Ethics & Values Program for West Vancouver high school students.

Brock Tully, B.Ed, is a world renowned motivational speaker and author of 9 books. Kindness is Brock’s passion and his purpose he touches lives, instilling joy and planting seeds that will help people to develop their own ability to give.
